Ghost Pepper

Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia is one of the World's Hottest Peppers and is rated by Guinness World Records at more than 1 million Scoville Heat Units (SHUs). They can be a lot of fun because most people that try a Ghost Pepper will say, "Oh that's nothing" but then the heat sneaks up on them and nails them. All of these products have Ghost Pepper as an ingredient.
