Elijah's Xtreme Regret Reserve Hot Sauce

A more appropriate name for this incendiary hot sauce would have been Instant Regret! Fortunately it doesn't take long for your taste buds to convince your pain receptors that it's all worth it. Subtle fruity sweetness is underscored by citrusy Reaper, followed along by Scorpion and Habanero peppers for a heat profile that's not unlike a roller coaster, except more fun!

Ingredients: Carolina Reaper, Scorpion and Habanero peppers, water, salt, sugar, cane vinegar, garlic, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, onion, lime, passionfruit, citric and acetic acids (acidity regulators), ascorbic acid (antioxidant), xanthan gum (thickener).
