Melinda's Scorpion Pepper Hot Sauce

This Scorpion Pepper hot sauce combines the classic Melinda taste of a carrot base with the stinging heat of the scorpion pepper. The sweet taste of this sauce helps tame the heat a beat, but the savage heat of this pepper is something that can never truly be controlled.

Ingredients: Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper mash (water, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper), white vinegar, Habanero pepper mash, carrot, salt, white onion, lime juice, garlic, citric acid, xanthan gum.
