This seasons #4 sauce is a Korean inspired, medium heat sauce with big flavours. Bold & savoury, it has a quirky personality paired with a light medium heat and a touch of sweetness. Fermented peppers and peach vinegar add a nice hit of acidity that elevates the flavour profile above your average grocery store sauces.
